I just wanted to thank you for the prompt shipping of our bio bidet. We installed it last weekend and love it! When UPS delivered it, I spoke with the driver about "bidet's". She said she just couldn't imagine using one. I said I just couldn't imagine not using one. She thought it so strange to use water after going to the bathroom. Just wanted to let you know that that was by far the simplest installation
of a plumbing fixture I've ever dealt with.  The instructions were very
straightforward.  All parts were well identified.  With the haphazard
manufacturing process of today, it was a pleasant surprise to receive excellent product with excellent installation parts and excellent
instructions.  I especially liked how the designers of the product thought
so far ahead: type a, type b, different sizes of seats, etc, etc.
