Return / Damage / Cancellation

Return Policy (return of merchandise) 

All Bidet sales should be considered final. Returns will only be accepted for defective products.

You must return the product to us undamaged, in good condition, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return the bidet in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Returned, damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. 

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number prior to returning the product. Email sales@pacinter.com with your name, the title of the product, and the specific defect you have encountered. Products returned without an R.MA. number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call (702) 951-7256 or Email sales@pacinter.com for a replacement unit. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 

  • Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days from the date of sale. After 30 days, the customer must return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty station for warranty repair. 

  • You will be charged a 20% restock fee for all non-defective returns within 60 days of original invoice date.

  • No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 60 days from the original ship date. 

  • A copy of your receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/accessories/documentation; incomplete returns will not be accepted.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number must obtained from Sanicare prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without a R.M.A. number will be returned to you at your expense.

  • R.M.A. numbers are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from date of issuance. 

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid with the R.M.A. number displayed on the exterior of the package. Please avoid writing anything on the carton that would void the use of the carton.

  • Freight charges and handling charges are not refundable. 

  • Allow 14-21 business days for processing returns.

  • Credit will be issued once we receive the tracking number for the return of the item. 

  • Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.

  • The customer is responsible for measuring his seat to ensure the ordering of the correct seat size. The customer is responsible for return freight as well as freight charges for the replaced item.

  • There is no warranty on promotional items.

Cancel/Change an Open Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may change or cancel your order at anytime. Once it has been shipped, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order is shipped prior to cancellation, it is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Once an order has been placed, if you would like to cancel this order, you must send us an email at sales@pacinter.com stating to cancel it or you must call us at (877) 852-2823. All cancellation requests require that an email be sent to sales@pacinter.com stating your name, order # and reason for cancellation. An order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled over the weekend as our order fulfillment department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not completed the shipping process. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited, less a 3.5% credit card transaction fee. If your order has already been received by UPS/Fedex, then you may not cancel an order. If you would like to return an item that has already shipped, please see our return policies.

Damage/Loss Information

  • All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier within 15 days of receipt. If you fail to notify us within 15 days, we will not file this claim for you.

  • Save all boxes & packing material.

  • All claims for shortages/mis-shipments/mis-billings must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Reservation to Cancel or Change Order

We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Backordered items will be cancelled and notice will be sent to the customer.

Once your email is received it may take 2-3 days before a reply is sent. Full instructions will be sent by return email as for procedures to follow in the claims process.
