Q: Does the Biffy REALLY work?
A: Better than words can explain. We are positive your daily hygiene will definitely improve.
Q: Does the nozzle Touch me?
A: No, the spray arm rests under the rim of the toilet. When the handle is pulled for spraying it comes out from under the rim but does not touch you.
Q: Is the Biffy safe for children?
A: Yes, with proper education and supervision, your children will also love the Biffy.
Q: I'm a little overweight. Will that interfere with the operation of my Biffy?
A: If you have a cushioned or plastic toilet seat, the motion of the spray arm may be impaired. You should consider purchasing a rigid toilet seat. They are available at very reasonable prices and would solve any problem with the motion of the Biffy spray arm.
Q: How long does the Biffy take to install?
A: The average installation takes about 10 to 15 minutes with no need for a plumber. It's as easy as 1-2-3. It's a lot easier than most bidet toilet seats.
Q: How do I adjust the water pressure?
A: There is a waterdrop lever located on the handle of the Biffy. The waterdrop turns in a clockwise motion to decrease the pressure and in a counter-clockwise motion to increase the pressure. This is a lot simpler than a regular bidet faucet.
Q: Will the Biffy ever run out of water during use?
A: The Biffy is connected to your water supply line so as long as your water is turned on it can never run out of water.
Q: What if I have hard water or well water? Can I still use the Biffy?
A: Yes, you can use the Biffy as long as there are no contaminates in your well water.
Q: I have an elongated toilet, will the Biffy fit my toilet?
A: The Biffy is designed to fit both standard and elongated toilets.
Q: I have a high-end Kohler or Eljer toilet - will the Biffy work with it?
A: The Biffy should work with most toilets, although it will not fit on a Kohler Rialto or San Raphael model. If you receive a Biffy that does not fit your toilet, please email or call us toll-free at 1-877-4-A-Biffy and we will arrange for a prompt refund.
Q: Will the Biffy work with elevated toilet seats or rails?

Q: Is it true I will save on TP?
A: According to Charmin, the average family of 4 spends almost $180.00 a year on toilet paper. If you're cleaning with water all you have to do is dry- instead of wipe. Our customers have definitely noticed a reduction in toilet paper use.
Q: Do I need to purchase a supply line?
A: No, we sell supply lines because some customers like to change their existing line when installing the Biffy. Everything you need to connect the Biffy to your toilet is included when you purchase a Biffy.
Q: Will the Biffy work in my motor home or boat?
A: Some Biffy's connect right in to the RV/marine water supply. In other instances, we have an additional attachment available by phone or our online store. Please email or call us anytime at (877) 852-2823 • (702) 951-7256 with any questions.
Q: Isn't it unhealthy to have a Biffy on a toilet many people use?
A: No! The Biffy is a very clean device. The Biffy has a built-in self-cleaning spray-nozzle that rinses itself thoroughly before and after each use. This feature has been tested to national standards. The Biffy does not spread germs or bacteria, actually preventing disease.
Q: Won't the cold water bother me?
A: The water will come out of the Biffy at the same temperature that the water comes out of the tap in your home. The first few times of use, the water may appear chilled, but with continued use, the body adjusts to (& expects) the temperature. The perineal area is also one of the least sensitive areas in the body to temperature.
Q: Do you have a heated Biffy?
A: We are currently in development of an ambient warmer, which will allow the water to rise to room temperature.
Q: Won't the Biffy be hard to clean?
A: The Biffy is self-cleaning after each use, but should be sanitized during normal bathroom maintenance. It is good to turn down the pressure and cleanse the spray arm with a non-abrasive cleanser to maintain its shine.
